Personally i prefer the sensitivy system in Bad company 2 though. If you wanna compare the gameplay to mw2 I would say that Mw2 is more, arcade like. one anti-aircraft armored vehicle and several cars. There are two different tanks, and two different light tanks. But there are several different attack helicopters (3 different) and there are two transport helicopters. The vehicles i have mentioned so far are the Base vehicles. Such as a grenade throwing anti-aircraft pansered vehicle. Some maps feature some more vehicles though. Backed up by various stationary turrets and the UAV ofcourse, which is a helicopter you can drive, but your body remains stationary on the ground. Basicly you have, The tank, a jeep, a 4wheeler, a helicopter, a light tank, and a transport helicopter.
